Group Ketamine
Frequently Asked Questions
Participation Requirements:
You must be an Áureo patient who has completed both a new patient ketamine intake appointment and at least one individual treatment session before the group event.
If you are not a Áureo patient or have not completed at least one individual ketamine treatment and would like to start this process please book the applicable ketamine appointment online at www.aureopdx.com/scheduling.
Áureo doesn't see patients under the age of 18.
Due to the lingering effects of the medication, you are prohibited from driving after the event. Therefore you must have a non-medicated driver to transport you to and from the event location.
Agreement & Adherence to preparation guidelines
Following pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines is vital for receiving KAP safely and for maximum benefit.
Not following these guidelines might result in medical risk, postponement, or treatment cancellation. Your agreement and adherence to these guidelines imply that you voluntarily participate in treatment.

Cancelation & Refund Policy
Up to 30 days before the event.
Full refunds if the cancelation occurs up to 30 days before the event.
Between 29 days - 8 days before the event.
50% refund if the cancelation occurs within 30 days of the event date.
7 days before the event
No refund if the cancelation occurs within 7 days of the event date.
Medication Fee
We charge a $20 flat fee for either injectable ketamine medication or oral medication if you do not have your own oral prescription to bring with you. You are welcome to bring and use your own prescription of oral medication at no additional cost.
If you would like to purchase medication for the event day only, please inform us in advance by emailing aureo.office@gmail.com.
You can purchase the medication with cash or via Venmo on the day of the event during your check-in with the doctor.
If you would like to renew your prescription, you must book a “medication refill request” appointment with your prescribing doctor.
Medication & Fasting
Medication or supplements:
One week before the event, please message your Áureo Provider via ChARM with a list of your current medications and supplements that you are taking daily so they can advise you on whether to take them that day or hold off.
Fasting:
Please ensure you are adequately hydrated and fed the day before your KAP session to prepare you for fasting. An empty stomach greatly reduces the risk of discomfort, nausea, and vomiting during your ketamine experience. It is advised that you do not eat any food within 4 hours of the dosing session.

Anti-nausea or blood pressure medication (if this was prescribed)
Eyemask
Comfortable clothing you can layer & relax in
Light food for post-session snack eg: yogurt, berries, nuts
Waterbottle
Reflection journal (optional)
Objects of comfort or spiritual significance (optional)
What is Provided
Music, yoga mats, and some pillows/blankets are provided, as well as ginger/mints for any mild nausea post-session.
It is recommended that you bring any additional pillows, bolters, or blankets that might provide added comfort or safety.
Bathrooms
There is a restroom available in the Spirit House building.
Please use the restroom right before we start the journey, and we will be there to assist at any point during the session for you to use the restroom as well.
Transportation & Parking
You must have a designated ride home at the end of your session.
Please plan ahead, as a taxi or ride share is not preferable.
Have your ride wait for you in their car at the scheduled end time.
Free residential street parking is available for your ride to wait near Spirit House.
Questions
Medication or health-specific questions should be sent to your Áureo provider via your ChARM portal.
Most other questions can be addressed by emailing aureo.office@gmail.com.
Reservation Payment
We now require that an event be paid for in full when reserving a spot.
You can do this one of two ways:
Payment via Square - you will need to have a credit card on file in Square.
When making the reservation please provide the last 4 of the credit card on file that you would like to have billed.
If you do not have a card on file, before making the reservation, please add a credit card to your online Square profile by:
Clicking the "log in" button at the top right of the Áureo scheduling page and logging in with your phone number
Click on the "Menu" button or the "My appointments" button (top right)
Click on "My profile"
Click on "add card"
Be sure to check the box to "authorize Áureo to save this card on file for future purchases."
2. Payment via Venmo - you can send the amount to Dr. Lindsay via Venmo at @drlindsaywilkinson.
When making the reservation please include a screenshot of the Venmo payment confirmation with the amount paid.
